In the mountainous areas of Lefkas we cultivate our crops in small traditional vineyards with great respect to nature. We produce our wine mainly from the variety “Vartzami”, with “Mavropatrino” and “Mavrodafni”.

The fermentation is absolutely natural and the ageing is completed in oak barrels under ideal conditions. We store the product of our efforts in bottles of pure wine containing the essence of the soil of Lefkas.

Rich in tannins, it matches perfectly all the recipes of the Greek cuisine.

Served in 18 – 20 degrees C.
